Our popular Art Club is an informal class in which individuals follow their own painting interest, whether it is landscape, still life or portrait etc., in any medium, including watercolour, oils and acrylics.
We are a very friendly and inclusive class and there is always a warm welcome for anyone – beginner or experienced – who would like to try painting in pleasant and helpful company.
Although there is no formal instruction, the attendees normally include one or two experienced artists who are more than happy to offer advice and demonstrate techniques. The emphasis is on enjoyment, practical learning, and being a member of a group sharing a common interest. All this for a contribution of £2.50 a session to help cover room hire.
