Llangennith Parish Hall

The heart of our community

Llangennith Parish Hall is at the heart of our community life in Llangennith, a beautiful coastal village at the north-western edge of the Gower peninsula, the UK’s first designated AONB. Built in 1920, today the Hall offers a fully refurbished space fit for 21st Century use. The Hall welcomes locals and visitors alike to come together and enjoy the wide range of activities, clubs, and special events that take place throughout the year.

Playground and Field

It’s been called a hidden gem, but we don’t want to keep it a secret. With a grant from ‘Big Lottery and Places’, the field adjacent to the Hall has been transformed into a wonderful safe, green space. Today it’s a playground and loved field where our village children, residents and visitors, can come together to play, to picnic, to join in community events and share the spectacular setting.

When my grandchildren are visiting, I love taking them to the playground – the field is a great space for them to run around and play freely.
